What this site is

Huntsville Outdoor Living is a free quote request service. We connect homeowners in the Huntsville area with independent local outdoor living contractors. We do not perform construction work ourselves. Contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing and workmanship.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the city you're in, and any project details you choose to share. We also record which page the request came from.

If you call the number on this site, your call may be routed through a call tracking service, which records the number you called from, the time and duration of the call, and may record the call itself. Call recording laws vary by state — where required, you will be notified at the start of the call.

How we use it

We use it for one purpose: to connect you with an independent contractor who can quote your project, and to follow up about that request. We do not sell your information to data brokers or advertisers.

Who we share it with

Your request is shared with one or more independent contractors serving your area so they can contact you. Once shared, that contractor handles your information under their own privacy practices, which we do not control. We also use service providers to operate the site — form processing, hosting and call tracking — who process data on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing quotes@outdoorkitchenshuntsville.com. You can also ask any contractor who contacts you to remove your details from their records. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we hold and to request its deletion.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Children

This site is intended for adult homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
